We are currently hiring an experienced Business Analyst – AI & Automation to join an innovative digital transformation team in South Africa.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Digital Transformation. The role focuses on identifying AI opportunities, translating business needs into delivery ready solutions, and supporting the successful implementation of AI driven initiatives.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong experience in digital transformation initiatives
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, and UAT
• Passion for Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and emerging technologies

• Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering
• AI and Automation Use Case Discovery
• Business Process Analysis and Optimisation
• Agile Delivery and Backlog Management
• Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specifications
• User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Mapping
• AI Governance and Responsible AI principles
• Microsoft Copilot and AI enabled productivity tools
• Business Value Realisation and Benefits Tracking
• Stakeholder Management and Cross Functional Collaboration
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, Visio, or Power BI is advantageous
