Eduvos is seeking to employ the services of a Bursary Partnerships Administrator on a full time basis at our Tyger Valley campus.

Type of role:

Permanent

Role Purpose:

To provide administrative support for bursary and partnerships programmes

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or similar field.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Administrative support related to partnership development:

Create and maintain prospect lists with contact details

Meeting and diary management support – contact potential corporate partners, financial institutions, and organisations to schedule meetings with Eduvos representatives

Maintain programme and student databases

Administration of funded student data:

Maintain database of funded students’ academic performance

Prepare reports for corporate partners with regard to the academic performance of funded students

Prepare relevant communication to corporate partners

Collate feedback from students and summarise for distribution to corporate partners

Administrative support regarding Internal and external stakeholder communication

Administrative support regarding general department reporting
