“Our international client is seeking a BUILDINGS ENGINEER within Oil and Gas Industry, to provide technical support assigned by the Project Specialist Leader, related with Design, Verification and Study Activities for the Project based in the KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA.”
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Interface with other Project Specialists and Designers.
Co-ordinate technical activities performed inside or outside the Company.
A-Development Technology know how and Commercial support – provide technical support.
B-Feasibility – provide technical support.
C-Bidding phase/Commercial proposal development – Review / clarification /qualifications of Tender technical documents.
Define list of activities and deliverables, coordinate activities in accordance with Project schedule.
Identify technical queries, deviations and alternatives to be submitted.
Implement the bidding methodologies, the design criteria and guidelines.
Assist proposal team with request for quotation for commercial purpose.
Coordinate material quantities estimation.
Assist PSL in preparing engineering manhours and items and material costs estimations.
Discuss with client / attend to clarification meetings.
D-Project Execution (Job progress and completion).
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Accredited engineering degree level or equivalent in Building Engineering.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience with Oil and Gas Industry.
