Requirements:
• BSc/ BTech:
Quantity Surveying
• 7-10 years’ experience as an Estimator for building projects
• Contractual knowledge and negotiation skills
• Able to deliver quality, profitability and productivity
• Experienced in risk mitigation and resource management
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Projects, CCS, Build Smart
