We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Building Compliance Manager to join our team at Sitari Country Estate.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily inspections of all active building sites within the estate to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Verify that construction, renovation, and maintenance projects adhere to applicable approved building plans, zoning regulations, and agreed guidelines.
- Identify potential hazards, safety concerns, and deficiencies in building systems, structures, and equipment, and recommend solutions to mitigate risks.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings, observations, and recommendations for corrective actions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the Estate Manager, Estate Architects, Architectural Review Committee, Property Owners, Building Contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering and/or Architecture, or another closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years residential construction and/or building compliance experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and assertively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Thorough knowledge of building codes, regulations and standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An intermediate level of MS Office proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and assess complex building issues.
