BSA/AML/OFAC Specialist and Customer Service Representative Jobs in Roundup, MT at First Security Bank of Roundup
First Security Bank of Roundup is a small Community Bank that has served the Roundup area for 55 years. We are seeking a dedicated person to serve a dual role of BSA/AML/OFAC specialist and Customer Service Representative. The BSA/AML/OFAC specialist will identify, assess and mitigate financial crime risks throughout the bank including with Customers and comply with the Regulatory reporting. The Customer Service Rep will assist and document customer fraud investigations, perform debit card and account maintenance, assist customers with online banking requests, and manage ACH returns. Skills required include:
BSA/AML/OFAC experience in a financial setting
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience with computers and Microsoft 365 products
Strong dedication to accountability and integrity
Ability to work with others, and work independently
Debit Card and online banking experience helpful but not required
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
