Booking diary and diary management
Sending out annual commission review for signautre and completion
Review spreadsheets
Investment projections
Application and compliance documentation completion
Following up pipeline business and transfers
Pull maturity list (endowments/guaranteed plans)
Pull annual premium investments and remind clients
Download statements and invest reports
Invest Servicing
Query resolution
Assist clients to improve vitality status, vitality money status and vitality drive status
Uploading on CRM system
Summarizing policy information
Scanning signed documents, encrypting and sending to clients
