Job Description
To execute full- and on-time daily targets in the Production Department and the bulk plan. To ensure the integrity of the product is never compromised.
Maintain a high-quality product in the Production Department
Maintain high housekeeping standards at all times
Adhere to all company rules and procedures
Ensure efficiencies
Perform planned maintenance of assigned assets
Maintain administration and record control
Follow SOPs, hygiene, and housekeeping standards
Ensure Food Safety
Observe Health & Safety protocols
Qualification Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent
Experience Requirements
Related production experience is advantageous
Key Outputs
Ability to work effectively in a team
Availability to work shifts
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure
Self-motivated
Willingness to work overtime and on weekends
