Our client, a well-established dealership is looking for a successful, experienced and high performing Premium Brand-New Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic team and drive sales to the next level.

If you have a strong understanding of the premium brand market and are passionate about vehicle sales and customer care, you really should apply for this sought after position.

Remuneration:

Market related plus performance-based Incentive – Benefits including Provident Fund, Medical Aid, Company Vehicle and Fuel Allowance

Duties include

Sell the maximum number of new cars

Achieve maximum first and second gross profits

Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with the company sales policy to ensure return and referral sales.

Initiate and close deals

Adhere to all legal requirements in terms of CPA and necessary documentation

Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed

Network, promote and ensure activities are in line with focus to retail new cars

Communicate with Sales Manager for innovative concepts to improve sales and customer base

Develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors to ensure increased market share and new vehicle sales and profitability (1st & 2nd Gross)

Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care,

Requirements:

Must have min 2-5 years recent Premium Automotive Car Sales experience at a franchise dealership (Merc/BMW/Audi/Land Rover/Volvo/Lexus)

Between the ages of 30 – 50 years of age

Matric (Grade 12)

3 Months Commission sheets/Payslips

Self and Target Driven

Leads Management Experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong Deal building and negotiation skills

Pc Literate (NRSM / Focus Pro / E-master/ SWP/ Motovate)

Social media knowledge

Valid Drivers License

Reside within the area
