Role Purpose

To develop, coordinate, and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that support business objectives, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies, or an equivalent relevant qualification.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a Marketing and/or Communications role (Essential).
  • Hands-on experience in copywriting, editing, proofreading, and content development (Essential).
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management (Essential).
  • Hands-on experience using marketing data analytics tools (Essential).
  • Experience in campaign and project coordination (Essential).
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry (Desirable).

Duties & Responsibilities

Internal Processes

  • Develop and implement marketing and communication operational plans aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Coordinate and implement integrated marketing and communication campaigns and projects across various platforms and audiences.
  • Prepare, design, produce, and implement marketing and communication materials through print, digital, online, web, social media, and broadcast channels.
  • Develop go-to-market messaging and communication materials to ensure consistent and effective brand positioning.
  • Conduct copywriting, editing, and proofreading for marketing and communication campaigns, publications, presentations, social media, and stakeholder communication.
  • Support branding, communication, and marketing initiatives across the business.
  • Conduct market research and analyse consumer insights, trends, and stakeholder engagement opportunities.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of events, activations, campaigns, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Brief creative teams and external service providers on project requirements and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and projects and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide insight into digital communication and social media behaviour and recommend innovative engagement approaches.
  • Keep abreast of emerging marketing and communication trends, technologies, and best practices.

Client

  • Provide authoritative expertise and advice to clients, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, service providers, media partners, and stakeholders.
  • Deliver on agreed service level agreements with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve stakeholder engagement and client service delivery.
  • Contribute towards creating a culture that promotes rewarding relationships, feedback, and exceptional client service.
