Are you passionate about branding, creative execution, and turning strategy into action? Our client is looking for a dynamic Junior Brand Manager to support and implement marketing and communication plans across two well-known butchery retail brands.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and internal teams, you’ll help bring brand initiatives to life in-store, online, and beyond.
What you’ll do:
Support the rollout of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches across multiple channels
Help develop and execute brand plans for each store and track brand exposure and customer feedback
Coordinate with agencies and vendors to bring new creative concepts and designs to life
Manage and maintain retail branding across stores, ensuring visual consistency
Liaise with store teams and suppliers to gather feedback on product design, branding, and materials
Prepare artwork files and ensure correct specs for production and print
You’ll also assist with:
Conducting market and competitor research to identify trends and customer behaviour
Budget planning and tracking performance goals, KPIs, and ROI
Building brand awareness and supporting sales growth through brand-led communication
Managing online store orders and ensuring smooth customer experiences
Overseeing marketing materials — from email campaigns and social posts to in-store displays
Supporting CSR programmes and internal brand initiatives
Ensuring all marketing aligns with brand identity and company values
Quality-checking and reviewing marketing content before sign-off
What we’re looking for:
3-5 year’s experience in a similar role (Agency or in-house marketing department)
Knowledge of design programmes such as Adobe Creative Suite;
Illustrator and Photoshop
(Advantageous)
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, digital
marketing, production, etc.
Have a good understanding of basic computer skills and the ability to learn how to use
proprietary software (Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
Has a flare for project management and the ability to take tasks from start to finish.
Exhibits the ability to prioritise tasks and complete them in a high-pressure environment.
Displays the ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
