JobPurpose:
To implement Marketing Plan strategies aimed at achieving sales and profit objectives by product. Ensure that all marketing plans are aligned with the Key Business Objectives and Critical Success Factors covering pricing, promotions, products, and packaging that contribute towards the growth of the product portfolio through positioning in the marketplace.
Main
Duties and Responsibilities:
Completion of all assigned training within the specified timelines.
Forwarding of all received Product Quality Complaints, Adverse Events and Medical Enquiries to the relevant person inQuality Assurance/ Pharmacovigilance/ Medical Affairs.
Achievingsales targetsfor division ensuring budget is achieved.
Achieving profitability for division is achieved by achievement of EBITDA.
Understand the changing dynamics of the market in terms of competitive activity, customer needs and wants, in order to direct our resources to the company’s best advantage.
Developing an expertise and understanding of the business in order to better direct strategy and train/ support training of the sales personnel to the level that is deemed appropriate to maximize results.
Develop and implement Brand Plan with related strategies to maximise sales and profits by brand and gain approval and buy-in thereafter successful implementation of all the elements of the brand plan.
Monitor & evaluate performance of the Brand Plan execution, and develop alternative strategies where needed.
Business development through development of business cases where required by the business.
Ensuringcustomer engagementand patient centricity amongst the marketing & sales team with an added-value approach to driving brand success.
Product portfolio investment strategy & managing ROI, management reporting for Business Unit performance & strategic insight.
Managing the advertising agency relationships, providing accurate project briefs, and collaborating to create successful campaigns.
Drivinginnovationand best practice marketing campaigns Direct to Consumer and across all other brand activities – providing relevant and appropriate detailing tools, promotional material, and training support to the sales team/s.
Ensure appropriateproduct knowledgeand therapeutic area understanding by collaborating with Medical Affairs Team to achieve the desired level ofproduct expertisewithin the marketing and sales team.
Ensure compliance with all SOPs including forwarding of all received Product Quality Complaints, Adverse Events and Medical Enquiries to the relevant person inQuality Assurance/ Pharmacovigilance/ Medical Affairs.
Forecast accuracy andinventory managementalong withcross-functional collaborationat S&OP meetings.
Ensure the availability of training plans according to the role and manage training record and expense filing management for product portfolio.
