Franjos Kitchen is an Australian maternal nutrition brand. We make products for pregnant and breastfeeding mums that actually work, taste incredible, and are backed by health professionals.

Our owner & CEO is based in Cape Town. This role works directly with her in person and remotely with our broader Australian team.

Here is what we actually need.

Someone who lives and breathes our community. Who shows up in the DMs like a friend, not a brand. Who can shoot a quick piece of content on their phone but also knows how to take a full campaign and make it sing across Instagram, TikTok, email, website and ads all at once. Someone who sees the gaps before anyone else does and fills them without being asked.

What you will own, working closely with our CMO:

  • Daily Instagram and TikTok, grid, reels, stories, the works
  • Community management, DMs, comments, real engagement
  • Keeping the marketing calendar alive and everyone working from it
  • Brand partnerships, giveaways and community activations
  • Influencer relationship management in conjunction with our influencer seeding team member

  • A Cape Town based mum who genuinely gets this customer because she is her
  • Someone with real brand experience, not just personal content creation
  • A warm, organised, proactive human who can work autonomously
  • Someone whose written English is excellent because you will be writing in our voice every day
  • Comfortable working across Australian time zones when needed
