Brand Ambassador
We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent our company and promote our products or services at various events and locations. Your main responsibilities will include engaging with potential customers, creating brand awareness, and driving sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a passion for our brand. Responsibilities
Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at events, retail locations, and promotional setups
Greet and engage with customers to share product information and answer basic questions
Distribute promotional materials and samples to raise brand awareness
Encourage customer interest and collect feedback to share with the marketing team
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at the activation site
Work closely with team members and follow directions from event supervisors or marketing leads
Requirements:
No prior experience required, training will be provided
Excellent verbal communication and people skills
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
Comfortable talking to new people and working in fast-paced environments
Must be 18 years or older
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Willing to relocate
Must have a Matric Qualification, NQF Level 4 Certificate or N3 Qualification
