Role Purpose Manage and motivate the team in order to deliver an excellent client experience and support the achievement of sales targets.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Matric or equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification

RE5

FAIS Representative legislative qualification

Class of Business 3 and 7 (preferable)

Experience

3-5 years of working experience in the financial services industry

A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience overseeing the rendering of financial advice

Experience in FAIS Tier 1 Long Term Insurance and Pension Benefit products

A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle

Computer literacy
