Job Description

Oversee a team consisting of sales staff, delivery staff, operations staff, technical staff and admin staff.

Accountable for the growth and development of the regional portfolio.

Annual strategy and budget preparation with quarterly reforecasts

Management of any and all stock takes.

Minimize stock handling costs.

Strategic development of branch revenue, products and clients.

Ensuring all necessary disciplines is in place and that these are adhered to.

Ensure allocated members are trained accordingly in Health & safety.

Qualification & Skills

Management and Business Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years management experience

Very strong inventory control and oversight experience

Minimum 10 years Senior Sales and Sales Management Experience

Experience dealing with HR matters
