Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for general administrative support, office coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoicing – Pastel Sage – non negotiable

Stock intake

Office Management

General office administration and filing

Answering phones and managing correspondence (emails, mail, etc.)

Coordinating meetings and managing office supplies

Supporting management and staff with administrative tasks

Requirements:

Proven experience in Invoicing on Pastel

Stock management

Mature individual, must be able to work without supervision

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Attention to detail and accuracy
