Job Description
To provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer needs and aspirations. Offering value-adding solutions within a dynamic environment, whilst adhering to policy and process.

Maximize sales through packaged financial solutions.
Maintain knowledge of all approved products, procedures, and timelines to meet sales targets.
Maximize cross-selling opportunities.
Promote adoption of digital and self-service options.
Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity.
Ensure cost efficiency through resource management.
Meet financial targets and uphold service levels.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
