Job Description
To provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer needs and aspirations. Offering value-adding solutions within a dynamic environment, whilst adhering to policy and process.
Execute work in accordance with organisational values and ethics.
Ensure compliance with governance standards and escalate issues for investigation and resolution.

Retain or sign unbanked customers to improve profitability.
Sell packaged financial solutions to clients to maximize sales.
Maintain knowledge of all approved products, procedures, and timelines to meet sales targets.
Maximize cross-selling opportunities.
Promote digital and self-service options to clients.
Contribute to team teamwork and inclusivity.
Use resources responsibly to contribute to cost efficiencies.
Achieve financial targets and uphold service standards.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Provide customer service adhering to quality standards.
