Job Description
To manage and support the sales and service team, ensuring targets are met while adhering to compliance processes and delivering exceptional customer service.
Provide operational support to activities that contribute to growth and profitability.
Drive sales across product and campaign initiatives to exceed targets.
Deliver customer experience excellence aligned with organizational values and standards.
Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
Proactively deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Keep customers informed about products and services.
Ensure customer service solutions align with operational plans and standards.
Communicate implementation plans and secure buy-in.
Maintain technical accuracy in product knowledge and advice.
Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
Analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
Manage customer expectations and share knowledge within the team.
Engage with customers to understand needs and advise on product integration and wealth management.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies, legislation, and governance.
Develop understanding of risks and implement governance procedures.
Educate team members and suggest improvements.
Participate in risk forums as required.
Provide business intelligence and trend analysis for better decision-making.
Report on service delivery against targets and SLAs.
Identify and address development needs for self and team.
Set personal development plans and provide coaching.
Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Build collaborative relationships with peers and stakeholders.
Manage team performance, including goal setting, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
Participate in talent management and ensure employment equity targets are met.
