We’re currently expanding our team and looking for a Branch Administrator to join us in delivering quality service to our customers.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage incoming and outgoing communications, provide exceptional customer service, and direct administrative activities in the office while learning and growing their experience in the transport and logistics industry. If you’re ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing communications including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution

Assist management and staff with various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation

Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, assisting clients, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner

Work with various teams to ensure smooth operations

Assist with invoicing clients, tracking payments, and managing accounts receivable

Assist in implementing quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations

Enter data into relevant systems, generate reports, and maintain accurate records

Skills and Experience:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows

Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for interacting with various stakeholders

Capacity to identify issues and find solutions to challenges that arise in day-to-day operations
