Candidate Requirements
Good verbal, listening and communication skills.
A willingness to assist customers.
The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Be self driven and pro-active.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Must have good speaking and writing skills in English. Proficiency in Afrikaans would be highly advantageous (due to customer demographics)
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in customer service industry or related. (Experience in the storage industry would be highly advantageous)
Good computer skills. (MS Office, Google, etc.)
Knowledge of basic accounting software, preferably Sage Business Cloud Accounting. (Training will also be provided)
Key Performance Areas
Answering inbound calls and emails.
Respond to customer enquiries.
Assist with sale of company services.
Identify and resolve customer issues independently, escalating when required.
Assist with customer invoicing.
Manage in-and-outbound customers data.
Liaise with the various departments heads (ops manager, general manager, accountant, etc)
Handling of cash and card payments.
Liaise with the store assistants.
Other general admin as required.
