Location:South Africa;
Remote
Salary:R25 000 – R35 000 pm

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in bookkeeping and a passion for working in adynamicandfast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping and Financial Management:
Maintain accurate financial records using Xero.
Reconcile accounts, manage cash flow, and track expenses.
Prepare and process invoices and payments.
Chase outstanding invoices and manage debtor/creditor accounts.
Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and cash flow projections.
Support end-of-year financial processes, including liaising with external accountants.
CRM Management:
Work with Hub Spot to manage client and contact data efficiently.
Perform CRM updates.
General Administrative Support:
Adapt flexibly to other business needs, contributing to various tasks typical of a small business.
Communicate effectively with internal team members and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Proficiency in Xero with a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.
Familiarity with Hub Spot CRM.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of accuracy andattention to detail.
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
Ability to work autonomously while maintainingcollaborativerelationships.
Attributes:
Proactive and adaptable to the changing demands of a small business environment.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
