Our client is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper/ Accountant in the Sedgefield/ Knysna area.
The position is full time, part of the job will be on site with clients and other times requires working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and industries, handling bookkeeping tasks up to trial balance level.
Capture accounts and recons in various accounting packages (Xero, Sage, Caseware)
SARS efilling returns and administration (VAT, EMP201s, EMP501s and Provisional returns)
CIPC returns and administration
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant certifications or diploma in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines
Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance
Salary: R20 000 – R25 000 (depending on qualification and experience)
