What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Group Procurement Manager a this fixed term role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for an organization by recording daily financial transactions. The role involves managing accounts, reconciling financial discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. The role will play a critical role in supporting the overall financial health of the business. List of key responsibilities include:
Processing of supplier invoices within the group
Engaging with suppliers to ensure effective dispute resolutions
Engaging with spend owners in the Business
Performing supplier statement reconciliations to ensure completeness of records.
Completing weekly cash accounting within the ERP System.
Loading of supplier payments
Ensure accurate processing of all suppliers.
Supporting in group related projects.

A finance graduate with 0-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Familiarity in accounting software
Experience with Microsoft Excel and other office software
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English
