We are looking for strong, hardworking individuals that have a strong work ethic. Our growth has opened the vacancy of a Bookings Clerk position. This position is responsible for assisting clients in Booking vehicles into our Panel beating workshop.
Requirements:
Drivers license
Must have a smart phone to take pictures
Customer Service skills and experience
Good communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet Clients on arrival.
Check the vehicle in by taking photos and doing check list.
Liaise with Managers,Assessors and Bookings team.
Smooth transitions of bookings.
Assist management with allocation of jobs
Move vehicles in and out of workshop
Assist with driving when requested.
Ensuring organization of Parking of the vehicles.

Working hours : Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5pm
Will be required to work some Saturdays as requested.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to R5Â 500,00 per month
