Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Boilermaker with at least 5 years’ proven experience in heavy-duty fabrication, installation, and maintenance of pressure vessels, boilers, tanks, and related steel structures. You will join our workshop and site teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and welding procedures
Fabricate, assemble, and install boilers, vessels, tanks, and structural steel components
Perform cutting, rolling, bending, drilling, and welding (SMAW, FCAW, TIG) on carbon and stainless steels
Conduct pre-weld and post-weld inspections; carry out dimensional and visual checks
Maintain and repair existing boiler and pressure equipment on client sites
Adhere strictly to workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and site teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and quality inspections
Requirements
Trade Certificate (Boilermaker) or equivalent qualification
Minimum 5 years’ experience in boilermaking/fabrication in industrial environments
Proficient in manual and semi-automatic welding processes (e.g. SMAW, FCAW, TIG)
Strong blueprint-reading and mechanical fitting skills
Valid CSWIP or equivalent welding inspection certification (advantageous)
Experience with high-pressure systems and API/ASME code compliance
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites regionally
Excellent safety record and commitment to following HSE procedures
