Marine Concepts is looking for talented and experienced people to join our team of “Fiberglass Tooling Experts”! Many positions in different areas available including:
Detailer/Mold Finisher – sanding, polishing, gel coat/fiberglass repairs.
Plug Finishers – fairing, dry/wet sanding – similar to auto body repair.
Plug Builders – wood/foam shaping/modifications/fairing
Fiberglass Laminators – hand lay fiberglass, rolling glass, chopper gun experience, infusion. 1-2 year experience a must.
Gel Coaters/Painters – Spraying gel coat/paint.
Trim & Grind – cutting and grinding fiberglass.
Carpenters – framing and finish carpentry
CNC/Mill Operators & Programmers. We have 2 5-axis CNC mills & a 3-Axis router.
Welders – MIG welding to shape and frame fiberglass molds
