Boat Cleaner & Detailer Jobs in Chatham, MA at Outermost Harbor Marine
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Boat Cleaner/Detailer starting in September. This is a hands-on position working with a variety of boats at a busy marina.
Responsibilities include:
- Washing and cleaning boat exteriors
- Interior cleaning and detailing
- Waxing, polishing, and maintaining gelcoat finishes
- Preparing boats for customer delivery and seasonal storage
- Shrink-wrapping boats for winter storage
- Assisting with general boat and yard preparation as needed
- Keeping work areas, equipment, and supplies clean and organized
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors and around boats
- Able to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working on boats
- Prior boat detailing or shrink-wrapping experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
