We are looking for a skilled and reliable Blockman to join our team at Eland Slaghuis, a well-established and fast-growing butchery in Sasolburg.

Responsibilities include:
Cutting, deboning, and preparing various meat products
Ensuring meat is displayed and packaged according to standards
Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the work area
Managing customer service
Requirements:
Proven experience as a blockman or butcher
Skilled in using knives and meat processing equipment
Attention to detail and knowledge of meat cuts
Team player with a strong work ethic
Honest and reliable
Working with game meat
Sausage and boerewors making
Basic stock control knowledge
Bonus Skills (Not required but advantageous):
Computer Literacy
