We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing excellent customer service.
You will work closely with the finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure billing accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and improve internal processes related to invoicing and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness.
Resolve billing discrepancies and answer client inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and client accounts.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless billing operations.
Assist in the development and implementation of billing procedures.
Generate regular billing reports and summaries for management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in billing, accounting, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
