Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinating the full tender process by reading and interpreting tender documents, identifying deliverables, and creating detailed bid project plans with clear timelines and responsibilities.

Tracking progress and deliverables across all stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submission of bids and proposals.

Preparing and finalizing layouts for submissions, ensuring all bid requirements are met and documents are printed, packaged, and delivered on time.

Supporting sales teams by understanding bid requirements across all sectors and assisting in the production of creative, compliant proposals that clearly communicate Tsebo’s value proposition.

Maintaining the sales content library and gathering supporting information to evidence experience, capabilities, and effectiveness in bids and tenders.

Ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and professionalism in all proposals, presentations, and supporting documents.

Managing statutory documentation, including organizing and maintaining certified company documents required for tender submissions.

Acting as the central point of contact for the Bid Office, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and coordinate inputs.

Supporting business development managers in compiling winning bid strategies and ensuring all contractual terms are reviewed by the appropriate legal or sales leadership.

Project managing tender responses, bringing together input from all relevant parties and tracking strategic dates and deliverables.

Ensuring all proposals align with Tsebo’s branding guidelines, including tailoring responses to reflect bid strategy and creating visually impactful, CI-compliant materials.

Qualifications

A relevant diploma or degree (e.g., Business Development, Marketing, Project Management, Linguistics)

5–8 years of experience in a similar role

APMP certification (advantageous)
