Bi-Lingual Early Head Start Infant/Toddler Teacher Jobs in Durham, NC at Toddlers Academy, Inc.
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Maintain classroom adhering to ITERS or ECERS scales
- Ratio 1:4, class size of 8
- Daily attendance, weekly lesson plans, & observations via computer
- Utilize Creative Curriculum, TS Gold, & Child Plus
- Weekly reports to parents
- Two parent/teacher conferences & home visits per year
- Checkpoints four times per year
- Maintain a CER for each child’

Qualifications
– Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
– Classroom management experience in a preschool setting
– Fluent in English and Spanish
-Strong communication skills to effectively interact with young children and their families
– Experience in developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum
– Knowledge of early childhood development principles
– Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
– Certification in CPR and First Aid
– Experience working with children with diverse learning needs
– Familiarity with behavior management techniques for toddlers
– Previous experience in childcare or daycare settings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,000.00 – $47,000.00 per year
