The Role
As an Installer, you will perform the hands-on labor required to keep homes dry and safe. You will work in a team environment to install waterproofing systems, sump pumps, and structural supports.
Key Duties
- Install basement and crawl space waterproofing systems.
- General construction labor: digging, trenching, and site cleanup.
- Use hand/power tools and small equipment (e.g., jackhammers).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
What We’re Looking For
- Hardworking: Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physically demanding labor.
- Versatile: Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces) and varying weather.
- Reliable: Punctual with a valid driver’s license.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.

Employment Requirements
- Work Authorization: We are an E-Verify employer.

- Pay Range: $45,000-$65,000 per year dependent on experience
