Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing drink recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Barman in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
Proficient in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local and international beverage trends.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Valid South African ID or work permit.
