We’re known not only for our food, but also for our service, culture, and energy. We’re now looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to elevate our coffee and beverage experience.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Barista who takes pride in making excellent coffee and delivering warm, attentive customer service. If you have a love for coffee culture, an eye for presentation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages according to established recipes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and related equipment
Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
Ensure consistent quality in every cup and attention to customer preferences
Assist with stock control and replenishment of coffee and related supplies
Support the floor team as needed during busy shifts
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience working as a Barista in a busy café or restaurant
Strong knowledge of coffee equipment, beans, milk frothing, and presentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
A passion for coffee and creating a memorable customer experience
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid South African ID or work permit
Preferred but Not Required:
Barista certification or formal coffee training.
