About the Role:
This is more than just making great coffee although that’s a big part of it. We’re after someone who brings consistency and care to every shift, and who genuinely enjoys connecting with people – customers and team alike.
What We’re Looking For:
– At least 1-2 years of barista experience (dialing in, latte art, workflow)
– A strong sense of responsibility – you show up on time, every time
– A warm, approachable personality that brings energy to the space
– Confidence and calm under pressure
– A team player who’s eager to contribute to a positive, fun culture
