We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bank Teller Intern to join our team. As a Bank Teller Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in customer service and banking operations while supporting our team with daily transactions and account services. Responsibilities:

Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries

Process cash and check transactions accurately and efficiently

Balance cash drawers and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded

Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues

Issue account statements, checkbooks, and other banking products

Support branch staff with administrative tasks and clerical work as needed

Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures

Handle and safeguard customer information with confidentiality

Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 (a relevant qualification in banking or finance is a plus)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly

Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Basic computer skills (MS Office)

Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask
