What You’ll Do
As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with business owners and employees while helping individuals and families find solutions that support their financial needs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Meeting with business owners and employees to introduce and explain our products and services
- Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients
- Learning about clients’ needs and helping identify appropriate solutions
- Conducting professional presentations and answering questions
- Following up with clients and maintaining ongoing relationships
- Managing your schedule, appointments, and daily activities
- Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
- Working toward individual and team goals while developing your sales and leadership skills
