Our client is looking for a talented and competitive B2B Sales Representative who thrives in a

fast-paced

sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping our client achieve their revenue growth objectives. The ideal individual will be comfortable with all aspects of the sales process and excel at building strong relationships with key players in the architectural, construction, and shop fitting sectors.

Duties & Responsibilities

Engaging with architects, quantity surveyors, developers, contractors, and shop fitters to follow up on potential new projects. Generating specifications, quotations, and identifying new business opportunities. Driving sales growth by developing relationships with developers, contractors, and shop fitters. Managing and nurturing existing client relationships through regular site visits and follow-ups. Meeting or exceeding the client’s predetermined

sales targets

and budget.

Overseeing project sites and providing technical assistance as needed. Collaborating closely with internal sales teams to manage orders and back orders. Experience & Qualification Proven B2B sales experience. Excellent customer service skills and a strong phone presence. Exceptional verbal and written

communication skills

, with a focus on organization and presentation. Strong listening skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

3 to 5 years’ experience in sales is required. Package & Remuneration Salary : R15,000 – R20,000 per month (Cost to company). Commission :
