Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct outbound calls to prospective businesses
✅ Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team
✅ Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM software
✅ Build rapport with decision-makers and understand their needs
✅ Meet and exceed appointment-setting targets

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B appointment setting or telesales
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections and think on your feet
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
