Cosmetics Growth is a performance marketing agency that drives new-patient and new-client growth for practices through paid social (Facebook / Instagram). We generate the demand. We need a closer who can convert it.
The Role
You'll work ~15 warm opt-in leads per week that come in directly from our Facebook and Instagram ad funnels. Every lead has filled out our form and opted in to be contacted — some self-book a call on your calendar, others don't. Your job is to get the unbooked ones on the phone, run the calls, follow up relentlessly, and close.
No cold calling. No list-building. No prospecting. Just warm, hand-raised leads that we paid to generate for you.

What You'll Actually Do
- Call every new inbound opt-in fast (speed-to-lead matters — ideally within 5 minutes) to qualify and book a sales call
- Run discovery + closing calls with booked leads via Zoom/phone
- Work the follow-up pipeline: no-shows, "think-about-its," and slow-movers via phone, SMS, and email until they close or die (we expect real multi-touch follow-up, not "I left one voicemail")
- Keep GoHighLevel clean — accurate dispositions, notes, and pipeline stages so we can diagnose funnel health
- Give the media-buying team honest feedback on lead quality so we can tune targeting
Lead Flow & Economics
- ~15 warm opt-in leads per week from our Meta ad funnels — all have submitted a form and requested contact
- Mix of self-booked calls and unbooked opt-ins (you dial to book the unbooked ones)
- $500 per closed deal — roughly 20% of collected revenue
- Paid on collected, not signed
- Realistic OTE at common close rates:
- 30% close rate → $9K/mo ($108K/yr)
- 40% close rate → $12K/mo ($144K/yr)
- 50% close rate → $15K/mo ($180K/yr)
- Uncapped. More closes = more pay. Period.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years B2B phone sales experience, ideally selling into small business owners (agency services, SaaS, coaching, med spas, dental, cosmetic, local services, etc.)
- Track record of closing 4-figure deals on the phone (please have real numbers ready — close rate, AOV, deals closed/month)
- Comfortable running a dialer on warm opt-ins — fast speed-to-lead is non-negotiable
- Disciplined follow-up operator. You treat a "not right now" as a "not yet" and actually work the pipeline
- Fluent in GoHighLevel (or fast learner — we'll train, but you should already know how a CRM pipeline works)
- Clear spoken English, reliable internet, Zoom-ready
- Self-managed. This is 1099 — we don't babysit, and we don't micromanage. We measure output.
Nice to Have
- Sold agency or marketing services before
- Familiarity with the beauty / cosmetic / dental / med spa / local services vertical
- Prior GoHighLevel experience (pipelines, workflows, SMS automations)
- Experience running calls off paid social funnels specifically (understands that a Meta lead ≠ a referral lead)
