The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

Own both strategy and hands‑on execution: develop and execute comprehensive B2B performance‑marketing strategies for clients, primarily on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Independently manage client ad accounts, including campaign setup, optimisation and reporting (initially 5 accounts)

Conduct thorough keyword research and craft compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences.

Translate funnel data into pipeline‑ and revenue‑level insights; optimise toward SQLs/ARR, not just MQL volume.

Utilise HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hubs (lists, workflows, custom reports) for reporting and campaign setup, ensuring seamless integration with client CRM systems.

Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.

Analyse campaign‑performance data and provide actionable insights to improve results.

Contribute to lead‑nurturing efforts as needed to maximise sales‑meeting bookings.

What success looks like in the first 90 days:

Audit & optimise client accounts, delivering measurable performance lifts.

Deliver a strategic deck for a new client, outlining a 6‑month roadmap and KPIs.

Build GA4 and HubSpot reporting views that surface pipeline and revenue metrics for each assigned account.

The Person

B2B demand‑generation strategy (SaaS a plus)

Google & LinkedIn Ads execution (account build, optimisation, reporting)

Strong English written & verbal communication

Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hubs (lists, workflows, custom reports)

Experience setting up and managing conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4

Ability to conduct in‑depth keyword research and write compelling ad copy

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data to drive performance improvements
