Maintain accurate records in the CRM (calls, outcomes, notes)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support project goals
The Profile
Required Skills & Experience
Native-level fluency in Czech or Slovakian
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Prior experience in B2B calling, inside sales, or call center roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and reliable, with a professional home office setup
