The business has now expanded worldwide – we’re operating in over 20 cities globally, from Auckland to Lisbon, and there’s a lot more to come. From holidaymakers to full-time landlords, host happiness is central to everything we do.

We are seeking a proactive B2B Account Manager to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our partners. In this role, you will ensure our partners achieve maximum value, while driving growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key service partners.

Be the primary point of contact for partner communications and support.

Monitor partner performance using data and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with partners to identify business opportunities and support their growth.

Ensure partners consistently meet (and exceed) Houst standards.

Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with partners.

Work with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance the overall partner experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in partnerships or B2B account management (3-5 years), ideally in an operating business

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, demonstrable ability to train, educate and influence client decisions.

Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven results.

High level of attention to detail

A highly structured and process oriented person
