What We Are Looking For

We need a highly skilled AWS professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for automation, security, and cloud

optimization

. You should have:

Extensive AWS Knowledge  – Proficiency with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and IAM. Infrastructure as Code (IaC)  –

Hands-on experience

with tools like AWS Cloud Formation, Terraform, or AWS CDK. Networking Expertise  – Deep understanding of VPC design, subnets, security groups, and VPNs. Security Best Practices  

–

Experience with

identity and access management, encryption, and compliance frameworks. Monitoring and

Optimization

 – Familiarity with AWS tools such as Cloud Watch and Cloud Trail for high availability and performance tuning. Scripting and Automation  – Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Power Shell for automation and

resource management

. Agile Working Model  – Ability to take on additional responsibilities as outlined in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.

Preferred Skills That Will Set You Apart Containerization and Orchestration  

–

Experience with

Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Amazon ECS/EKS. Dev Ops Practices  – Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines,

version control

(Git), and

collaboration

tools. Database Management  – Knowledge of AWS database services such as RDS and Dynamo

DB, along with database

optimization

strategies. Cost Management  

–

Experience with

AWS cost management tools and strategies for optimizing cloud spending. Multi-Cloud Experience  – Exposure to Azure or Google Cloud and an understanding of multi-cloud architectures. Disaster Recovery Planning  – Ability to implement disaster recovery strategies for business continuity.

Experience and Qualifications Required 10 years of experience in software development. Integration experience across multiple technologies. Web and digital project experience is an advantage. Strong background in implementing and monitoring solutions. Agile working experience.
