Role Description The Automotive Sales Executive Jetour role is a full-time, on-site position based in Durbanville. In this role, the team member will engage with prospective customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and present suitable Jetour models and options. Daily responsibilities include conducting test drives, explaining vehicle features and financing options, preparing accurate sales documentation, and following up with leads to convert inquiries into completed sales. The Sales Executive will maintain up-to-date product knowledge, manage a personal sales pipeline, and collaborate with finance and after-sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. The role also involves meeting sales targets, contributing to promotional activities, and ensuring that the showroom remains welcoming and well-presented.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related retail sales environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle negotiations professionally.
  • Good product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn technical details of vehicles, features, and available financing options.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining accurate records, managing follow-ups, and handling multiple customer interactions.
  • Comfort using dealership systems, CRM tools, email, and basic office software to manage leads, quotations, and sales documentation.
  • Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record, with the ability to conduct customer test drives as required.
  • Matric or equivalent secondary education; additional training in sales, marketing, or business is beneficial.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability, with a willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
