Automotive Repair & Maintenance/ Tyre Facilitator
Minimum Qualifications Requirements:
Holder of an NQF Level 4 or higher qualification in Automotive Repair & Maintenance
Automotive Industry Trade Certificate / Red Seal
Training/ Facilitation Skills
Minimum 5 years on the job tyre industry experience.
Assessor trained is an added advantage
POE development and learning evidence collection skills.
Competitive administrative practice
MERSETA registered an added advantage
Moderator trained an added advantage
Duties:
Planning, Facilitation and administering training processes:
Facilitate automotive repair skills and Tyre Repair & maintenance training to unemployed youth of varied ability
Manage simulated workshop environment
Implement and facilitate on-going training in line with industry & NQF standards
Carry out an integrated delivery of Unit Standards using an outcome based approach (OBE)
Prepare, review and administer assessments
Administer training registers and practical simulated exposure
Compile exit level projects and monthly reports
Collect and review portfolio’s of learning evidence (POE)
Design, monitor and deliver on the implementation plan.
Provide learners with an understanding of the Automotive /Tyre Industry they will be pursuing a career in.
Base line assess candidate to check understanding
Be able to explain content clearly both verbally and written
Be friendly, approachable and professional with team ethics
Be able to relate knowledge to everyday situations in a practical way.
Computer Literate
Be able of thinking analytically and recall detailed information ( especially when doing research, planning and administrative analysis.
Be versatile in your delivery and have innovative ways to deliver to varied groups of learners.

Pay: R20Â 000,00 – R25Â 000,00 per month
