Position: Automation Tech open only to SA nationals
AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN – AIRPORT INDUSTRIA Purpose Of The Role
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and supporting industrial automation systems including PLC’s, HMIs, drives and instrumentation to ensure efficient production and minimal downtime.
Remuneration between R25k to R35k negotiable dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Fault finding on PLC-controlled equipment.
- Maintenance and repair of automation and electrical systems.
- Assist with PLC programming and system improvements.
- Installation and commissioning of automation systems.
Qualifications
National Diploma / N6 /Trade Test in Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Mechatronics/ Automation
Experience
+/- 3 to 4 years’ experience in industrial automation or electrical maintenance
Technical Skills
- PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, Omron)
