We are looking for a Python Developer to join our growing automation team and support the development of internal systems used within the medical and healthcare sector.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building automation tools, improving existing systems, and working with data-driven workflows. You will help maintain and expand our Python-based backend systems while contributing to automation initiatives and AI integrations that support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve Python-based backend systems
- Build and manage automation scripts and workflows
- Work with Selenium for web automation
- Use Pandas for data manipulation and reporting
- Integrate external AI APIs into automation processes
- Support web dashboards, internal admin tools, and reporting systems
- Work with database-driven workflows, imports, and business logic
- Review and improve existing codebases while ensuring system stability
- Collaborate with the automation team to optimize internal operational systems
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with Selenium for web automation
- Experience working with Pandas for data analysis and processing
- Experience integrating AI APIs
- Ability to understand, maintain, and improve existing codebases
- Experience building or supporting backend systems and internal tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely during EST hours (8am–5pm)
Nice to Have
